The hotel was spotlessly clean and charming. The staff was attentive and helpful and solved our problems immediately. The location was decent, so close to great restaurants and the venue for the event, downtown, and the summerfest grounds, and the Grand Avenue shops. It was at walking distance from The Angry Taco, and we ate there a couple of times.

The staff on the late-night shift is efficient and everything here is nice; the breakfast with blueberry and bacon, for example, is hot and good.

The staff on the third shift are super-friendly. The hot breakfast is good with yummy waffles. The pool area is nice. Great location, easy walk to a public sculpture.

The weather was beautiful, had such a wonderful stay on a business trip. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and kept the place fairly clean. The location was great and fantastic, with casinos and pubs near the hotel.

Liked how charming small and good standard the property was and its amiable staff on third shift. I had fairly priced room with 2 queen beds. I had a couch and a couch bed in the room. The setting was magnificent, right by convenient stores and Riverside Theater and the shoreline.

The staff was friendly, offering free snacks for kids during a small check-in wait. The cook checked on the food and ensured everyone was satisfied. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with a bathtub. The hotel is conveniently located near the BMO center, making it easy to walk to attractions.

The room was very clean and spacious with 2 queen beds and included wake-up service, and I found it helpful to have central heating, a personal safe, and pay TV, plus the staff were extremely friendly.

This place got a fresh makeover not so long ago. It's in a great spot, close to yummy restaurants, fun attractions, and the city too. They serve up some delicious waffles for breakfast 🥞. The service here is top-notch overall.
